Then, opened in March 2026, Amorelia Cocina Artesanal Laguna Beach takes the family, and our guests, in an entirely new culinary direction.
Created in partnership with its spectacular coastline, this expanded and elevated menu moves across Latin American influences with prime steaks, fresh seafood, Laguna Beach’s first crudo bar, ceviche and tiraditos, wood-fired specialties and contemporary dishes designed for sharing.

“I knew for years that I needed to be in Laguna Beach because I wanted to expand to more – and this is THE creative place you do that,” Gloria says. “It took a few years of looking for the perfect place, but I believe this place was meant to be for us. I knew it from the start.”
